Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to the FreeUp Cleaner mobile application for Android devices and the FreeUp Cleaner product website. FreeUp Cleaner is created and operated by Feng Li Jin under the Byte Nomad brand as an ad supported service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. You should read and understand these terms before using the Application.

License and Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by law.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Changes and Charges

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is beneficial and efficient. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or services will be clearly communicated to you.

Device Security

The Application stores and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as doing so may expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, security compromise, and incorrect Application behavior.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.

Internet Access and Charges

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of internet access or exhausted data allowance.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider terms still apply. You may incur data or roaming charges, and you accept responsibility for those charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Responsibility and Availability

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and usable. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service.

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate but relies on third parties for some information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on Application functionality.

Updates and Termination

The Application may be updated from time to time. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated for your device or operating system version.

The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and may terminate use at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you end, and you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
